Hobbies
More important than my own interests is the interest I have in helping students to succeed. In addition to being a certified teacher, I am also certified in a learning methodology that helps students that are bored, apathetic, not motivated, frustrated, struggling with math or English, hating to read and write, and are not getting the good grades you know he/she can earn. Bright, intelligent students are "spinning their wheels" in school, trying their hardest, but are not improving. This doesn't mean your student is different. It means the schools don't have the tools to look in other areas. If this sounds like your student, you've come to the right place. I can help by telling you WHY. And then by targeting the root of the problem. See the http://thelearningturtle.com/ for more information.
