I graduated summa cum laude from John Jay College in 2009, where I received a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Criminal Justice. Upon graduating, I entered law school at George Washington University, and earned my Juris Doctor degree in 2013.I have a many years' experience tutoring. While I was an undergraduate, I tutored a number of students in elementary and high school. I continued tutoring while I was in law school, and in my third year I worked as a teacher's assistant, where I helped first year students understand material covered in the classroom. It was my responsibility to assist the students in writing and legal research, as well as instructing them how to properly cite content.I tutor a number of subjects, such as reading, writing, literature, public speaking, and LSAT preparatory classes. English is my favorite subject, and I enjoy being able to assist students with writing essays, preparing for standardized tests, and learning grammar rules. As a writing tutor, I help my students build strong organizational skills through brainstorming, creating an outline of main points, and then working on a final draft.In addition to writing, I like to spend my free time swimming, boxing, and playing sports. I especially like basketball and football.
