I have always had an innate curiosity about the world, and therefore I've always loved learning. I also like to teach what I know with others, especially in the individualized approach the tutoring offers. It's very rewarding to help students improve their understanding of subject. I have a bachelor's degree in biology and biochemistry, and I also have a doctorate in cellular and molecular biology. In addition, I completed postdoctoral work. I now race paddle boards and tutor. I can help students with algebra, geometry, elementary math, biology, chemistry, life sciences, and others, and I can assist in test preparation for the SAT, ACT, MCAT, and more. When I have free time, I enjoy canoes, games, reading, swimming, gardening, painting, DIY projects, camping, and hiking.
