I hold a Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the University of California - Irvine, with emphasis on applied statistics (3.91 Cumulative GPA). I completed my undergraduate studies at Utah State University, graduating at the top of my class (4.0 Cumulative GPA) with a major in Economics and minors in Statistics and Quantitative Finance.

Experience

With over ten years of tutoring experience, I have always loved interacting with and working with others. I have a unique ability to explain things in creative ways that promote comprehension and learning. I have taken at least one class and earned an 'A' in every subject for which I am listed to tutor. I was a Teaching Assistant at the University of California - Irvine for five years, where I regularly received recognition for my teaching abilities. During the 2010-2011 academic year, I was awarded *Outstanding Teaching Assistant of the Year* for the Department of Economics. I also have experience teaching Economics at California State University - Fullerton. As an undergraduate, I was selected as *Scholar of the Year* for the Department of Economics and Finance at Utah State University. I also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow for several Economics classes, in addition to serving as a volunteer peer tutor for various Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics courses. I graduated High School as Valedictorian (4.0 GPA) and scored a '4' on both the AP Calculus exam and the AP Statistics exam.
