I am currently a sophomore at George Mason University studying Art History with a GPA of 3.91.
Experience
I spent a year in high school tutoring a fellow peer in Chemistry. I took a total of 3 AP tests and 2 IB tests. I received 5s in AP US History and AP Government, and a 4 in AP Psychology. For my IB scores, I received 5s in Visual Art and English. My best SAT score was an 1190 and my best ACT score was a 28. I would like to be a tutor because I enjoy working with youth and helping them achieve all they are able to after pushing through some initial obstacles. I have worked as a lifeguard and camp counselor for many years so I have experience working with young adults and helping motivate them. I work for a small business designed specifically for middle-school children and, as a part of the after-school program, I help the students get their homework and projects done.
