I was a tutor at the UTSA Writing Center helping students of all backgrounds with English. I helped English as Second Language students and native English speaking students of all majors with essays, thesis writing, creative writing, as well as the rules of writing such as grammar and citing sources. Students of all ages welcome as well as those in the professional field wanting to improve their writing. I have experience with resume writing, grant writing, newspaper writing as well, since that was part of my degree and I worked for a newspaper in New Mexico for a while. I have also had jobs working with children so if you want to start your little one early in learning one of the most important life skills, I am open to taking on young students as well!
