I am a Spanish and ESOL teacher who is very passionate about the job. I feel it's important to communicate well with my students and I enjoy utilizing interactive methods when teaching my lessons. I have a BA degree in Education with a focus on Foreign Languages and have over 11 years under my belt. I have worked with both kids and adults and I love to see the improvement that my students make once they spend some time with me.I help many students with both Spanish as a second language and English. I believe that using student centered methods in my sessions works best. I also make sure that I utilize activities that are engaging. This helps my students see that learning can be fun. I also individualize the lessons that I teach to fit each student's learning style. I do give out homework as a way to offer my students more practice. It can also help to show me if they are getting the material. I want my students to have fun when they're learning with me and I appreciate any and all feedback. When I'm not tutoring, I like to read, play watch sports, and listen to music. I'm ready to help you reach your goals.
